How to use our foot scraper - Use this foot/heel scraper on dry feet.  Gently rub the scrubber downward on the bottom of the feet.  You can go from side to side on the heel and top of your toes.  Rinse your foot after using the scrubber.  Then, moisturize your skin with a non-toxic lotion, coconut, or olive oil.
