Polished Hand Carved Dragon Bloodstone Turtle Figurine

This little figurine is hand-carved out of Dragon Bloodstone. It is carved into a modest and earth-toned turtle. This little figurine could be added to any turtle/rock collector's collection.

 Dragon blood is a type of jasper, making it a variety of quartz. It is known for its green and red coloration. This stone is found in Australia and South Africa. The Aborigines believed that Australian dragons were responsible for the development of land, sea, animals, and man. This dragon was called “The Rainbow Serpent” and could control the water. Dragon bloodstone legends state that it is the petrified skin and blood of fallen dragons, including this one.
