Sterling Silver Wire Wrapped Malachite Pendant And Necklace
This is a handmade Sterling Silver wire-wrapped Malachite pendant and necklace was made in Arizona by Scott McNeely. The adjustable chain and wire are Sterling Silver and has a lobster claw-style clasp. The Malachite gemstone has also been hand-cut and polished as well.
Malachite has a hardness between 3.5 and 4 and is a copper carbonate mineral. It is rare, but Malachite can occur in crystal form, and at other times it can be found around or on Azurite. It can be dated to have been around all the way back to 3000 B.C. Back then they used it for jewelry, and ornaments, and was common to crush Malachite into powder and use it as eyeshadow.

- Sterling Silver Chain: 20 inches long
- Malachite pendant is 32mm long and 14mm wide.
Cleaning Instructions: You can use a Sterling Silver jewelry cleaner on the wire and chain. To clean the pendant, you can use a damp soft cloth, then pat dry.
